My visit to the dealership allowed me to form a firsthand impression of their services and interactions with their sales staff. Treatment of Customers: The rumors surrounding the treatment of customers at this particular Lexus Dealership were not unfounded. Interacting with a couple of salesmen, I experienced a palpable difference in their approach based on my perceived intent to purchase. It was disheartening to note that a genuine interest in exploring their offerings was met with a discernible lack of enthusiasm and engagement. Improving Customer Service: The cornerstone of any successful dealership is its ability to create a welcoming and informative atmosphere for potential buyers. In this regard, there is ample room for improvement at this Lexus Dealership. The staff should refrain from making premature judgments about a customer's intent to purchase, as every visitor deserves to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. Creating a Pleasant Experience: Car purchasing should be a positive and enjoyable experience for all parties involved. However, the pressure to expedite the signing of a contract was apparent during my visit, which detracted from the overall experience. A more balanced and patient approach to the sales process would undoubtedly enhance the satisfaction of potential buyers. Conclusion: In conclusion, the Lexus Dealership in question could benefit from a comprehensive evaluation of their customer service practices. Dispelling stereotypes and ensuring a consistently high level of service for every visitor, regardless of their immediate purchasing intentions, would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and memorable car-buying experience. Bought my NX350h in the middle of Nov 2023, from Josh Zhao. Picked up my car 2.5 weeks later. Josh has been an absolute CHAMP during the whole journey. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. On his day-off, he still took the time to keep me updated and made arrangement for my car to be ready for pickup. I definitely didn't get this kind of service from Mercedes. Looking forward to having my car serviced from the dealership, hopefully without any hiccups. Thanks Josh !!
